Feudal Castle of La Roche-en-Ardenne
Go back in time and discover the ruins of the famous castle that overlooks the charming town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. The ruins of the medieval castle, built between the 11th-12th and 13th centuries, dominate the valley, nestled between a loop of the Ourthe and the steep slopes of the Deister hill, and are distinguished by their dark and imposing mass. At certain times of the year, various activities take place in the castle such as archery and crafts, falconry shows, ... Some evenings, around nightfall, except in bad weather, we can even catch the ghost of Countess Berthe de La Roche sneaking around the ruins of the castle, at the site of her death.

La Roche-en-Andenne
La Roche-en-Ardenne is a French-speaking city in Belgium, located in the Walloon Region in the province of Luxembourg. It is best known for the ruins of the feudal castle that overlooks it and the historic square in the heart of the province of La Roche. With about four thousand Rochois (its inhabitants), it would be a mistake to exclude this city from a travel route in the Ardennes. La Roche-en-Ardenne is an invitation to walk, a perfect return to the city, amid a few generous doses of nature.
