All our prices are fixed and calculated for 10 people. (Max 12 Adult persons) From 11 adults, 10% of the total price will be charged extra.

Included: 

* Consumption costs: water, electricity and heating oil for normal consumption. 

* Wifi and Netflix/TV in every bedroom.

* Oktober - 24 April: pellet pellets, wood package for fireplace. Pool Closed

* 24 April - September: heated swimming pool (28°C).

* Garbage bags and waste container. 

Extra costs: 

* Cleaning: € 280 and the house must be left in a clean condition. 

Payment conditions:

 * 50% upon reservation. 

* 50% + extra cleaning costs € 280 + € 1000 deposit, at the latest 6 weeks before arrival. 

* Deposit will be refunded at the latest 2 weeks after the end of the stay.
